Body & Breath - there is no yoga without breath and there is no movement without alignment. Teaching the principals of body & breath alignment through life situations and yogic poses.

Yin & Yang - movement and stillness is a perfect combination for a quiet mind, relaxed body and release of emotions.

If You Got Muscle - deepen your poses to discover muscles you didn't know you had.

Silent Yoga - for those who have already practiced with me and are ready to embark on a non-instructional practice, self-guidance and intuitive flow. Music assisted and support given when needed.

Yin Yoga - stillness is the gateway to your Soul, mind and Heart. Poses held from 3 to 5 mintues, cleansing stagnating energy, releasing tension and stress.
